Written by a housewife from New Jersey and sounds like it! This is one ticked off lady.

"Are we fighting a war on terror or aren't we? Was it or was it not started by Islamic people who brought it to our shores on September 11, 2001?

Were people from all over the world, mostly Americans, not brutally murdered that day, in downtown Manhattan , across the Potomac from our nation's capitol and in a field in Pennsylvania ?

Did nearly three thousand men, women and children die a horrible, burning or crushing death that day, or didn't they?

And I'm supposed to care that a copy of the Koran was "desecrated" when an overworked American soldier kicked it or got it wet?...Well, I don't.. I don't care at all.

I'll start caring when Osama bin Laden turns himself in and repents for incinerating all those innocent people on 9/11.

I'll care about the Koran when the fanatics in the Middle East start caring about the Holy Bible, the mere possession of which is a crime in Saudi Arabia .

I'll care when these thugs tell the world they are sorry for hacking off Nick Berg's head while Berg screamed through his gurgling slashed throat.

I'll care when the cowardly so-called "insurgents" in Iraq come out and fight like men instead of disrespecting their own religion by hiding in mosques.

I'll care when the mindless zealots who blow themselves up in search of nirvana care about the innocent children within range of their suicide bombs.

I'll care when the American media stops pretending that their First Amendment liberties are somehow derived from international law instead of the United States Constitution's Bill of Rights.

In the meantime, when I hear a story about a brave marine roughing up an Iraqi terrorist to obtain information, know this: I don't care.

When I see a fuzzy photo of a pile of naked Iraqi prisoners who have been humiliated in what amounts to a college-hazing incident, rest assured: I don't care.

When I see a wounded terrorist get shot in the head when he is told not to move because he might be booby-trapped, you can take it to the bank: I don't care..

When I hear that a prisoner, who was issued a Koran and a prayer mat, and fed "special" food that is paid for by my tax dollars, is complaining that his holy book is being "mishandled," you can absolutely believe in your heart of hearts: I don't care.

And oh, by the way, I've noticed that sometimes it's spelled "Koran" and other times "Quran." Well, Jimmy Crack Corn and-you guessed it-I don't care !!

If you agree with this viewpoint, pass this on to all your E-mail friends. Sooner or later, it'll get to the people responsible for this ridiculous behavior!

If you don't agree, then by all means hit the delete button. Should you choose the latter, then please don't complain when more atrocities committed by radical Muslims happen here in our great Country! And may I add:

I am so sick of the TREE HUGGING LIBERALS, and POLITICALLY CORRET in this country, and it renews my faith when I hear an e-mail like this and assures me there are more people that have the same beliefs as me. I can't agree with you more,, we need to be prepared. Our news media, the politically correct and left wing nuts have down played the islamics. They have made them the victims of the christians and jews. But the left have not studied history, they have not read the Qu'ran. Islam, since Mohammad started it, has been a religion of violence, and these so called extremist are accually fundementalist. They are following the Qu'ran as written. The Qu'ran is a book of conquest and world domination. They seek to convert the world to their religion through what ever means it takes. They view christians and jews as mislead followers, since we all worship (according to them) the God of Abraham. The Islamic have three ways which to deal with us, covert us to islam, classify us as dehemmies and charge us a poll tax, or upon our refusal of the first two options, label us as infidels and kill us. This is part of their core belief. They will not be appeased by charity and will exploit us and mock us for our efforts. They believe that allah's and mohammads WILL is not negotiable, therefore they will not change their course of actions against us until we convert or die.
They (the left) say that islam is a religion of peace and they teach it in the Qu'ran, but no where in the Qu'ran does it say to be peaceful to any group but other believers. Islam teaches that their followers can lie, cheat and steal if it advances the cause of islam. They can not kill until efforts are made to convert, except in a jihad. Interesting!
Anyway, just a few thoughts on the subject.
We need to be prepared, they will not go away. There are over a billion followers now in the world, and with only 10% being quote extemists that means 100 million people who wish our deaths.

I am not an expert on the Koran but I do know that, like the bible, it is a book written and interpreted by men through the centuries; you can bet that interpretations are made to suit the interpreter. The cowards that call themselves Jihads use and shape the Koran for reasons of hate. They hate us, they will always hate us, and they want us dead. Much of the reason for the hate is that we (western powers) are the” haves”, and they are the “have nots”. The have nots will always despise the haves.

There are peaceful Muslims that want a peaceful life. Fortunately not all Muslims are terrorists, unfortunately for the Muslim religion most terrorists are Muslim.

We do not have an easy fight ahead. Our warriors in the sandbox are buying us time. We must use this gift of time to prepare. We must equip, train, and be ready to smash the cowards in the teeth. You see we don’t care what cloak of religion they use to attempt to mask their hate. They underestimate our resolve. Not all Americans have their heads in the sand. This is the beginning of the fourth recorded wave of the Crusades. War between Christians and Muslims is nothing new and nothing to fear as it's Islam attempting to convert the world to "the religion of peace" by sword and flame...whatever it takes, however long it takes. Islam sees death through Jihad as achieving high social and spiritual status and it's well documented that the families of suicide bombers earn an average of US$50,000.00 for each bomber's sacrifice.

Personally, I believe these murdering Jihadists will burn in h e l l and that America will get serious about this problem when the bombers start hitting American shopping malls, schools and churches.

It's documented that weak spined appeasers and pacifists have bowed down to invading Islamists throughout history and during each wave of the Crusdades western europeans eventually rose up to beat the Islamists back to their own regions.

I believe we in America and Europe will victoriously repeat history. The sooner we wake up the more Western lives we will save. Americans are the most generous, humanitarian people on earth...just don't p i s s us off.

Hey Guardian, would you mind posting that book title in the thread with the others? When I am done with 'Shooter' (no, not the movie; the one written by the Marine sniper in the sandbox) and 2 others, I am planning on working my way through some of those great titles you guys have posted and I doubt I will remember where to find this good one you posted here if it's not with the other "must reads".
