We in Law Enforcement are the thin blue line between peace on our soil and anarchy in the streets. Our brothers in the military are stretched thin in the sandbox, and ask of us “While we fight over here, keep our children safe at home and in school”. We have work to do officers. The first step in preparation is to prepare you. Put your abilities, skills, and equipment first. There is a dark ominous cloud on the horizon and it requires every one of us to have our stuff together. There is no doubt in my mind that we are going to have to be better, faster, and tougher than we are now. Good equipment, strong body, prepared mind, lets get it together and be ready for whatever tomorrow puts on our work cards. We are the thin blue line.

Hof, I just retired from being an L.E.O., a year ago.  I just found this site by accident. But, I agree with you. We need to support our troops and their families here. |
