I have a SS Colt Series 80 Government Enhanced model. I bought it new in 1993, and was sent off to Wilson for an overhaul in 1994. It has approx. 2,000 rounds through it.

The completed work is as follows;

Basic Combat Pistol Work
(Tune extractor, Bevel mag well, Trigger job 3.5lb pull, Feed ramp, Barrel throat, Slide port work)
Barrel bushing (Turn barrel)
Narrow single side thumb safety
Beavertail grip safety
Combat sights
Trigger
Deluxe Commander Hammer
A-6 Sear
De-Horn

I added;
Ed Brown Snake-Skin MSH
Ed Brown extended magazine release
Wilson 2-piece full length guide rod
EGW O/S FPS (not in photos)
Bulletproof slide stop (not in photos)

I still have the build sheet signed off by the 'smiths at Wilson, along with the receipt for the work.

wichaka, since you're in WA, would you like me to loop in the Gun Club @ Microsoft? Have you posted to SeattleGuns.net? It's a beautiful piece; if I were in the market for another .45, I'd buy it.

I'll look thru GCMS, and see what's happening there.

Can't make the dinner, gotta work that night, plus I'm 4 hrs from there! ouch!
