To rush into the thick of battle and to be slain in it is easy enough, the merest churl is equal to the task, it is true courage to live when it is right to live and to die only when it is right to die.

"Courage is being scared to death but saddling up anyway"
John Wayne

There will always be fear. Fear keeps us from doing stupid things, but we cannot allow fear to keep us from doing what must be done, or we would live with regret.
Fear is temporary, regret is forever.

This whole vid is a quote about courage in the extreme.

I sent this to my son and told him...
"I know it is old and all but we MUST remember who we are,how we got the freedoms we have today, and what the price of being an American truly is."

The Greatest Generation is passing away everyday before our eyes,my father is still alive at 92 and bedridden but he will show you his fading yellow newspaper from the Baltimore Sun of the D-Day Invasion,June 6th,1944 if you ask him to.
Also,we see sometimes the old veterans at the local guns shows...say hello to one once in awhile they are wonderful people to chat with.

We are the "next greatest generation" and we must do everything we can to protect our heritage. Get involved, get training, get prepared,VOTE and participate in the political process someway somehow...
for our children and their children.
