Training is conducted with empty hands,tactical folding knife,pistol, and shotgun to make you the ultimate warrior, Come one come all, bring your spouse, your family. All skill levels invited even if your skill level is zero. You gotta start somtime and ther is no time like the present and better place than Hoffners SoSu.

I just spoke with Hoff regarding January's training schedule and please note that SoSu will be held on January 13th rather than January 6th.
