When I was in skydiving school in college,the rule was that if you ever had to use your emergency chute that was carried on your chest you were to find the guy who packed it and give him a case of his most favorite and most expensive adult beverage.
I beleive that the Hoffner Neck ID's are life savers that may help keep the wearer from taking a round of friendly fire from the local law enforcement here and now overseas.
Great thinking on your part and if a case of good booze is just handed to you someday by one of your friends there you will know why. |
