There are three criteria for winning...Equipment, body, and mind. Your body must be strong enough and enduring enough to win and we don't get to choose who we fight, so never be satisfied. Your body is your temple, treat it well. Be intelligent about your body. It starts with what you put into it. I've seen guys put only the best fuel in their car and then continually put loads of crap in their body. Your going to have your body much longer (we hope) than your automobile...put good intelligent fuel into your body. Exercise for both strength and endurance. I will be talking about what I do for my body and I would like to know what you do for yours.
The more you sweat in training the less you bleed in battle,

Physical Training is a major component to life let alone being able to operate tactically in various situations. Diet is 2/3s the deal then physical training is the rest.

I see so many people at various Gyms that are not training properly to include intensity or the form they are performing the exercise. If you are not isolating the muscle group properly you are prone to injury and wasting your time.

Some of the best money I have spent is on a personal trainer that shows you how to train properly. This is allows you to see results very fast ensuring your commitment to staying in shape.
