I have the doorscope and it really works well. I gives and incredibly wide and full view. I can see the deep corners right next to the door all the way to the street. Traditional peep holes are nothing compared to this.
Don't forget to make sure your strike plates, hinges, and door frame have 3.5" screws into the framing of the house.
