You wanna train like a Navy Seal? You can right here in Houston. Jack Walston is a Former Navy Seal that put together Seal PT and has been featured in many magazines. I have done it and really enjoyed it. It's a challenging workout program that starts with different levels so anyone with initiative can do it. It’s a challenging boot camp but he has programs leading up to that as well. He even does a mini Buds camp each year.
