SoSu is the Martial Art for the modern day Warrior. It combines the use of hands and knife with the pistol as well. Training with hands, knife, and pistol, SoSu skills make you the modern warrior with the ability to protect your family in just about any situation. SoSu is open to all Police, military and responsible law abiding citizens. It’s the single most needed training for responsible Americans anywhere and its right here in Houston. DO NOT procrastinate. Hoff,
All SoSu training has been kick ass excellent and your instruction yesterday on pistol take-away techniques is invaluable when going about business in the big cities.

Above all, it's great to have the ladies come out to train with their husbands.

We had a high energy SoSu session starting with a great workout with hands and knife, working our foundation of skills and building combinations. We then worked on handgun takeaways emphasizing proper distance, timing, and technique. We finished off with pistol and Elite Team drills. Elite Team Pistol Drills are not only a builder of overall pistol skills they are required to be performed at elite level for SoSu Black Belt. Great job to all warriors in attendance.

I have found itoning "sosu" when I am sighting on a threat or target is easier for me that saying "front sight." Hard to say why other than the term sticks with me and accomplishes the same necessity.
