American Defenders is open to those who wish to make America a stronger country and a safer place to raise our families. At session 2007 #3 we worked primarily rifle and pistol in 2 man team drills. We started the morning at Equipment Level I (light-fast). After a nice lunch at the Parrot, we went to Equipment Level II (Full battle gear) and completed our drills. Good tactics with good comm skills led to an extremely successful training day. I would like to see more responsible Americans on the team kicking butt with their lives, couples too, this is a great way to work together as a team. American Defenders making America stronger one American at a time.

Very kewl pics and thanks again Brian for the terrific workout.
LOTS of good information that everyone shared about their equipment,a quality group of men and women to train with.
I know the others are used to it but for me the team tactics drills work was the best part and Steve was a great partner...too much fun, lol. I will be looking forward to going to AD sessions each quarter and sure as damnation I will not skip breakfast anymore! |

Great day of sweating and training. Who ever thought I could work with my wife as a team. The training was awesome! We got our FUBARs today as well.

Team Kuhn was great at American Defenders. I love to see couples kicking butt and invite others to do so at Hoffners American Defenders. If you show up with pistol only thats great because you are still getting it done. Great job.

Well, as always, another great class with some outstanding warriors. It was great for me to not be standing behind or around you guys (and gal, Michelle) as I normally am, but to be operating amongst you again. I have to say how thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised I was at the high-level of competence, commitment to training and attitude that I saw out there Saturday. On the other hand, I am not at all surprised, as you all are committed Hoffner Training Academy sheepdogs. You guys were being instructed on some very advanced tactics and maneuvers, as Hoff pointed out, that most patrol officers and soldiers do not get the opportunity to go through. You all rose to the occasion and the level of training being provided and kicked some serious A. It did not dawn on me until the drive home that, throughout the day, I did not once get that gnawing feeling of uncomfortableness that I used to at least get for a brief moment in the military and operating in classes where this kind of stuff is being introduced to people that most likely are new to it. Meaning, we were walking around with powerful carbines in Tactical Mode in the hot sun, maneuvering around and bumping into each other while sweating profusely and fighting off lethargy, dehydration and physical/mental exhaustion, yet were *still* getting the hits and being safe about it.
My hat's off to you folks, as I can't recall ever being amongst a group of warriors quite like yourselves. Even in the military, there are those very few that are only there because they *have* to be at that training... you all are there because you *want* to be - and that attitude makes all the difference in the world. Thank you all for a very exciting, fun and beneficial day on the range. Hoo-Yah!
Oh yeah, though I wish your wife could have made it as she normally does, it was great operating as your teammate, David; and thanks - I owe you 2 mags of ammo. I'll forget the a.ss-grabbin when you were rear-cover. Next time, I plan on having all of my gear (gotta love moving) and hope to get Tammy involved a.s.a.p. |

Awsome day of training, sweating and working with dedicated patriots.
Brian, could we work more double time into the after lunch squad movement drill?
Thanks to all for a great day! |

Great day of training if you could not make it you really missed it!
American Defenders is my favorite since we work all aspects of Hoffners Training Program. Saturday worked through team operations while tightening up our vest strategies. Awesome group of shooters and a pleasure to spend Saturday at the range with! |

The pictures are great stuff they realy flush out the power of a 3 person
team.
I understand now why we (warriors) have to have Butt to Butt contact
when one covers the rear.
If the Front man falls (Shot or otherwise disabled) the rear guy
has "notification" of this and can turn around and cover or engage the
threat.
